Improving Quality in the Private Sector

PSP-One staff presented this PowerPoint at the 2006 Global Health Conference. The presentation discusses the quality improvement package developed for both private health sector providers and supervisors (when applicable). The package effectively identifies quality gaps, develops a short, medium and long term action plan and scores a given practice to monitor improvement over time.
