Low Cost Health Insurance: Why and How? The Namibia Experience

This presentation makes the case for low cost health insurance in Namibia based on the number of workers in the formal sector, the number of health workers in the private sector, and the need to increased access to health services. It also discusses challenges and lessons learned from previous efforts to creat low-cost insurance products.
