mHealth Education for Families and Health Workers

This presentation reviews current evidence on whether mhealth applications improve health worker knowledge and enhance key child survival interventions. It also discusses the equity challenges associated with using mhealth applications. The presentation was made by Pamela Riley at the A Promise Renewed for the Americas: Reducing inequities in reproductive, maternal, and child health summit in Panama City in September 2013.
