In this presentation, Dawn Crosby introduces a mixed method tool developed by the SHOPS project which uses a balanced scorecard approach to measure the capacity and sustainability of organizations. An adaptation of the tool has been created to specifically measure health clinics and allow for comparability across different clinics. This presentation was given during a Tech and Tech session at the 2013 Women Deliver Conference in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
