Training on public-private contracting for HIV/AIDS or other health services – January 2021: Group Exercise: Evaluating Feasibility of a contract by MoH with a private provider (HAM)

This document details a group exercise that can be used in a training on public-private contracting for HIV/AIDS or other health services. The purpose of the exercise is to practice evaluating the feasibility of a contract by the Ministry of Health with a private provider, using a case study on contracting in the country of Manyland. This exercise is adapted from a training held by SHOPS Plus for the Botswana Ministry of Health and Wellness on public-private contracting in December 2020.
