Halfway through our second year of project implementation, Frontier Health Markets (FHM) Engage teams took a moment to reflect on their progress and plans. From October 2022 to March 2023 – at the start of our second year – we focused on further aligning activities and deepening our understanding of specific product and geographic markets to identify areas where these markets are not meeting the needs of consumers, the root causes of these market constraints, and began to ideate on areas of intervention.
