Designing and Integrating Quality Family Health Services at Salt Model Center in Jordan

The Ministry of Health modified the 10-step quality design process to develop an urban model center for the provision of family planning and other healthcare services. The number of clients seeking family planning services, vaccinations, and other indicators improved dramatically.
