Quality of Outpatient Services: Krakow Gmina

This report presents the results of a survey of the quality of outpatient care delivered in the przychodnias of the Krakow gmina. The survey was conducted as part of the Harvard-Jagiellonian Consortium for Health project. The survey was conducted in December of 1997, January and February of 1998.
